Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding: Kussh Sinha reveals he was present at the functions; says, “I am not seen that much but that doesn't mean that I wasn't there”

While wishes are pouring from all quarters for Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, many reports highlighted the absence of her brothers Luv and Kussh Sinha at the ceremony as well as the evening bash. Days after Luv responded to this buzz, his twin brother Kussh Sinha have addressed the same wherein he surprised everyone by revealing that he was indeed a part of the wedding celebrations.

Kussh Sinha says he intentionally stayed away from limelight

Kussh Sinha opened up about coming across reports which claimed that he is unhappy with the wedding. Denying such claims, Sinha said, "I have already seen people publishing inaccurate information. It started with an article in a leading portal that had a quote by an unnamed source. I am not sure who's doing all this right now and where it's coming from. But a few houses have my images from the night,” he told News 18 further adding that ‘this is a sensitive time for the family’.

Furthermore, he insisted that he was a part of the wedding ceremonies but maintained that he isn’t paparazzi friendly and wanted to keep a distance. "It's just that I am a private individual and I am not seen that much but that doesn't mean that I wasn't there,” he shared. He also shared his heartfelt wishes to the newlyweds by adding, "I was present and I have only good wishes for my sister and will always wish her well."

Reports claimed that the entire Sinha family was not happy about the wedding

However, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha rubbished these reports. The actor-turned-politician discarded such claims asserting that like every marriage, they too faced some pre-wedding issues which was resolved later with Zaheer Iqbal and his family. Meanwhile, Luv Sinha have asked for a day or two from the media, after which he is expected to give his official statement.

The couple tied the knot in a registered ceremony under the Special Marriage Act 1954 in Mumbai, after which they hosted a lavish but informal reception in the plush restaurant Bastian. It was attended by several popular celebrities from the film fraternity.
